Leighton joined VM Finance in November 2013 and was appointed to the board in January 2014.  Leighton holds several senior positions for the Victoria Mutual Group, including oversight of all overseas operations.  Leighton has responsibility for the daily management of the firm's activities. He holds an MBA from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelors in Business Administration and Management from the University of Technology in Jamaica.

Andrew  joined VM Finance in June 2018, having previously worked at Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, where he managed an extensive and diverse portfolio of clients.   Prior to Mizrahi, Andrew worked at the Bank of Cyprus where he honed his skills in development and investment financing.  Andrew has responsibility for the business development activities of the firm.  Andrew holds a Masters of Arts from Warwick University and a BSc. from Florida Metropolitan University.

Jane has been a part of the Victoria Mutual Group since 2005. Over the course of her professional career, Jane has worked in several leadership roles within the Group.  During this time, she has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in loan underwriting, servicing and administration.

Donna joined the Victoria Mutual Finance Limited in 2000, having previously worked with Woolwich Building Society now part of Barclays Bank.  In addition to being the manager of the main office location in Brixton, Donna’s responsibilities include but are not limited to, the coordination and oversight of administrative functions and matters relating to recruitment, training and development, procurement, health and safety and overall improvement of the Operations of the company.
