Site Acquisition Loan

To assist with the acquisition of sites and facilitate the pursuit of planning permission for the desired scheme. The site acquisition loan has a loan-to-value (LTV) of up to 60% of the existing use value for a term of up to 18 months.

Standard Development Product

Our Standard Development Product will assist with the acquisition and development of sites that benefit from full planning permission for the proposed scheme. This solution has a maximum Loan to Cost (LTC) 70% inclusive of interest roll up for a maximum term of 18 months.

Stretch Development Finance

We consider requests for financing property development up to a maximum of 65% of the Gross Development Value (GDV).
