Site acquisition loans

We support both consented and unconsented acquisitions, including sites with positive pre-app advice or clear development potential

Standard development product

If your scheme has full planning permission in place, our standard development facility will support the acquisition and build-out of your development.

Whether you're delivering a single block or a multi-unit scheme, we'll structure a facility to fund both land and build costs with interest roll-up.

This facility is aimed at experienced developers with shovel-ready sites, looking for straightforward, responsive funding to get building. Taking a relationship-led approach, our team will stay close to your project from first drawdown to final exit, helping you manage risk, cash flow and momentum.

Option three

Stretch development finance

For experienced developers seeking higher leverage, our stretch development facility offers additional headroom, funding up to 100% of project costs, subject to a maximum of 65% of Gross Development Value (GDV).

This option is ideal for projects with strong fundamentals and experienced teams behind them. Funding can be used for both site acquisition and construction, with interest typically capitalised and drawdowns aligned to the build programme.
