Loans range from £250k - £2m, for a tenure of up to 3 years. Our trusted and experienced team will lend up to 70% of the purchase price or property value (whichever is lower). Upon completion of the refurbishment, a further advance may be available against the increased property value, subject to value confirmation.

Commercial Investment Loans
